Vicki Heimark graduated with a Associate of Arts degree from the University of North Dakota.  As a third generation real estate family, her grandfather was a broker for 24 years, father for 32 years and her mother and sister are still active realtors.  Vicki is a Limited Practice Officer and has worked in the legal field since 1989 with experience in water issues, bank foreclosures, real estate development, farm and commercial real estate conveyances and leases and Sec. 1031 exchanges.  Vicki is a member of the Association of Professional Mortgage Woman and a member of the Moses Lake Planning Commission.

Luann Shoemaker was born and raised on Lake Chelan in Washington and attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg.  Luann moved to the Columbia Basin in 1983 and raised her family in Royal City.  Luann has been working for the firm for nearly 25 years and has done legal secretarial work, data entry, and is now the bookkeeper and receptionist for the office.

Nancy Stout was raised in Alaska and graduated from Green River Community College in Auburn, Washington.  Nancy worked for the firm as a receptionist for four years and is now a legal assistant in the estate planning client and file administration.  Nancy lives in Moses Lake with her husband, Dan.  They have one son, Craig, who is currently serving his country in the Air Force.  Dan also serves in the National Guard.  On her days off, Nancy enjoys family activities, traveling, boating and the movies.

 

Jennifer Charpentier has been with Dano Law Firm P.S. since 2006 and is the legal assistant for the estate planning, and corporate work for the practice.  Jennifer is an alumnus of Moses Lake High School and has served as a photo-journalist and staff writer during her military enlistment. Her background is in administration, office management and customer service. Her interests include running and swimming but her main focus centers around her four children, with three still at home and her oldest currently serving in the Marine Corps.

 

Jeff Heimark has a Bachelor of Arts from Washington State University where he graduated in 2004. He has lived in Moses Lake for most of his life. Jeff came to the firm after five years of working in finance. He assists our clients with probate matters, estate and trust administration. Jeff’s financial background has given him insight on estate and trust account creation as well as asset transfers.
